We are excited to announce our partnership with the International Youth Math Competition (IYMC), a global contest designed to promote engagement in mathematics.IYMC aims to inspire students worldwide to explore and enjoy mathematics, directly supporting our mission of increasing STEM participation. Congratulations to seven of our students who participated in the AMC 10, with three students achieving scores of 100+! Additionally, our teacher David Zhang scored a perfect 150/150. We are proud of the growing impact of our competition preparation programs.
We are proud to launch our Opportunities Page, a centralized hub where students can find upcoming STEM competitions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. This furthers our mission of increasing access to STEM enrichment for all students.
Our inaugural hackathon was a huge success! Congratulations to Damayne A. (alumni of Intro to Web Design) for winning. We had 20+ participants from 5+ schools. This event showcased the incredible talent and creativity of our students.
We are thrilled to announce our first Next Horizon Hackathon, taking place on August 1, 2025. Students will work in teams to design creative software or STEM projects.
We are offering a new 5-week Math Modeling Workshop, taught by Wenhao Lu. Students will learn to translate real-world problems into mathematical models.
We are excited to introduce the Next Horizon Mentor Program! Students will be paired with experienced mentors in competition math for weekly one-hour sessions.
Our third course, Introduction to Competition Math, is now open! This 10-week course will focus on number theory, functions, inequalities, and AMC/AIME preparation.
